Traffic signal data is of fundamental importance for traffic management.
To enable the various partners to use the data from these systems, we have introduced new real-time data based on the Open Communication Interface for Road Traffic Control Systems – Center to Center (OCIT-C) standard.
The following types of measured values are available per lane:
- LOS: Level of Service: quality level for pedestrians, motor vehicles or public transport
- SpillbackLength: Spillback length in meters
- GreenPercentage: Percentage of green in relation to the total time available
- ODCount: Source-destination loads
- DriveAwayHeadway: Time requirement value, determined when starting off
